VARSHA CHANDA
She is a postgraduate from Bombay University, and a UNDP certified Leadership for Results Coach with 28 years’ experience in health sector consulting and capacity development. Varsha has completed certificate courses in ‘Community Change in Public Health’ from Bloomberg School of Public Health, John Hopkins University and ‘Social Norms Social Change’ from University of Pennsylvania enabling her to apply managerial techniques to social and behavioural change issues at the community level. She has earlier worked with Swiss Aid and Futures Group – BMGF.

DR R JERAJANI
An MBBS, MD with 40 years of experience, he has worked as the State Director of Essential Advocacy Project in Maharashtra. Dr. Jerajani has also worked with Constella Futures as State Coordinator for the World Bank and NACO study of Data Demand & Utilisation of Health. He is regularly involved in research, presenting papers at conferences and seminars, and is able to bring a good combination of field research and training at the field level and training and capacity building interventions at the highest policy making level.

DR. RIAZ AHMAD
He holds an MA and Ph.D. in Political Science from University of Delhi. He has completed a Diploma in Conflict Resolution from Uppsala University, Sweden. He has taught graduate, postgraduate courses and guided research at University of Delhi for 45 years. He represented India as an ICCR Chair Professor at University of Colombo during 2015-16. Dr Ahmad has facilitated SBCC trainings for Education in Chhattisgarh, and has been a National Lead Trainer for BRIDGE trainings

Rajat Mitra
Rajat Mitra, an MBA, possesses 29 years’ work experience. As a field worker and a trainer he has been providing technical and training support to various developmental organizations in Delhi, Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, and West Bengal, in the fields of project formulation, monitoring and evaluation, research and study, training, documentation and organizational development. He has worked on several health, nutrition, and adolescent health projects with UNICEF, SIRD – Jharkhand, etc.

Pramod Kumar Bajpai
Pramod Kumar Bajpai is a Post-graduate from University of Lucknow. He has completed Executive programme from IIM Ahmedabad & XLRI Jamshedpur and two certificate courses on ‘Social Norms, Social Change’ from University of Pennsylvania & UNICEF. Worked for Financial Inclusion in rural areas in banking industry for 4 years and then in Bharat Petroleum for 32 years. He has been working as an SBCC trainer in Health and WASH for UNICEF programmes in UP, Odisha, Rajasthan and Delhi and also as a National Lead trainer for BRIDGE IPC skills training.

DR INDUMATHI RAVISHANKER
She has been in the Development field for 25 years, as a field worker and as a Trainer. Her work has been mostly with rural youth and in empowering women. She has imparted training in leadership, counselling, supervision and Mindfulness. She has trained CBOs to build and strengthen their organization. Most of her work in the past has been in the field of HIV and AIDS. She has earlier worked with UNICEF, UNDP, NACO and TNSACS.

MANEESHA GOPALAKRISHNAN
Post Graduate in Environmental Management from University of Pune, she has subsequently completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Environment Education from Center for Environment Education, Ahmedabad. During her nearly 23 years’ experience she has worked for organisations like Earth Care Group, Development Alternatives, WASH, UNICEF, WWF, etc. Maneesha has been involved in development of training materials, documentation and editing, organizing and conducting training programs for children, students, teachers, corporates. She has also been involved in fund raising activities for environmental programs.

MAZHAR KHAN
MAZHAR KHAN holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and in Sociology. He also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development and a Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education from IGNOU. He has completed a course on Social Norms Social Change from University of Pennsylvania. Mazhar has been involved with field level training and monitoring interventions for last two decades. As a national lead trainer for SBCC he has worked in UP, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, and Delhi on several SBCC trainings

SHWETA RAJPUT
She has completed MSW from Central University of Jammu. As a part of her learning process, she has specifically worked at the community level to understand the power dynamics in the villages and slums. She has closely worked with children and SHGs within the slums. She also has experience of dealing with cases of crime against women.
